A complete breakfast

The first thing I want in the morning is a warm cup of brewed coffee. A lightly caramelized smell from the sensation of a brewed coffee, it is enough to lighten up my mood. Many years ago, I was scared of coffee with its bitterness that I read in a science textbook. Until one night when my mom brewed herself hot Nescafe on a coffee table, curiosity lead me to discover something new. As I take a little sip on a coffee, its sweetness influences me to be part of a coffee lover. Nowadays, whether it is lunch or dinner, I will stop by a convenience store or a cafe shop to buy canned Nescafe or freshly made Latte.

There's a fun fact about Latte, it is a starter drink for beginners before Americano, Espresso or Mocha. A latte begins with a single or double shot of espresso, which has a rich and creamy smell by steamed milk topped of a layer of foam. You don't need sugar or brown sugar packs to begin with, which is a benefit to prevent wasting papers to save environment.

It is not a complete breakfast without half boiled eggs and toast bread with butter. A clean, slightly sweet with a warm and crispy aromatic smell of a slice of bread companied with a small cube of butter on a plate, just like bars of gold. As I bite into the bread, the butter sinks in without a scratch of knife, but not so toasted that it crumbles. Sprinkling some pepper with soy sauce, it's best to drink the runny yolk before cold. Sometimes I would dip toast bread into a bowl of runny yolk, when I forgot to spread butter on bread. If you "learn" to like the combination, you'll definitely love the fantastic taste.
